With this 30 minute aromatherapy massage, available at selected locations across the UK and Northern Ireland, you’ll enjoy a focused session designed to leave you refreshed and calm.
Your experience begins with a consultation, where a trained therapist will discuss your needs and preferences. Based on this, they will either blend essential oils specifically for you or use carefully prepared pre-blended oils. Each oil is chosen for its natural properties, helping to ease muscle tension, reduce stress and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.
The massage itself uses gentle yet effective techniques, combined with the natural aromas of the oils, to create a deeply calming atmosphere. The treatment can be tailored to promote relaxation or help restore energy, depending on your chosen location and oil blend.
Facilities vary between venues, with some experiences taking place in dedicated treatment centres and others in welcoming therapy rooms. Whichever location you visit, you can expect a professional environment designed to help you feel at ease throughout the session.

Vital information
Some venues specify a minimum age of 16 and some therapists only accept women. Inform us in advance if you are (or have recently been) pregnant or have any medical conditions, as this dictates your suitability for massage and determines the oils used.
Session Length
The Aromatherapy massage will last approximately 30 minutes. You may want to rest for a short while afterwards before driving, as you will be very relaxed.

What To Wear
You will be wrapped in towels during your massage. You can wear underwear if you would prefer not to be naked (at some venues you will be asked to keep your underwear on).

The Aromatherapy massage is readily available to be booked on your chosen date, but please allow 2 weeks in advance of your preference.
Other information
Please shower at home before your massage. There is a health consultation prior to the massage, you may be asked to divulge personal information. If you are receiving treatment for an illness it is recommended that you consult your GP prior to treatment.
