Between activities, you’ll be treated to freshly brewed coffee and canapés, followed by a charcuterie tasting lunch accompanied by English wine or a soft drink. You’ll also tour the factory to see how the professionals air-dry and cold-smoke their meats.
After the class, your bacon will be left to mature in controlled conditions before being posted to your home once it’s ready to enjoy.
