Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
Tour dates are transferable (subject to availability and fixtures) but not refundable. In the event a match is scheduled at the American Express Stadium, tours may be cancelled and rearranged whereby we will endeavour to offer a convenient date.
As a working stadium, some areas of the ground may not be available for a given tour dependent upon other events at the American Express Stadium or maintenance work.
Stadium Tours are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
Bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper will not be allowed on the tour, and there are no storage facilities. Please do not bring any larger bags to the stadium.

Tours run multiple times a week, typically on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the morning or afternoon. Due to stadium events there are days where the tour route may be impacted or tours are unable to operate.
