On this tour of Nazareth and the Sea of Gallilee you will begin with a scenic drive along the coast. Heading east through the plain of Armagedon, you will see a view of Megidd and the Mount of Precipitation on the way to Nazareth. The first stop in Nazareth will be the Church of Annunciation rebuilt over the original ruins of the church and then onto the church of St. Joseph.Leaving Nazareth,you will pass Cana and see where Jesus performed the first miracle. Arriving in Capernaum, you will visit the home of Peter, and the Church that commemorates the feeding of the multitude. Driving to Galilee, you can see the Golan Heights in the distance and will pass Tiberias that was built over 2000 years ago. At Yardenit, which is on the south end of the Galilee, there will be a chance to be baptized in the Jordan River (this will incur an additional fee). On the way back you will pass the Mount Tabor, which was the site of the transfiguration.
