The Experience
Visit one of New York City’s most impressive viewpoints with your NYC: One World Observatory Skip-the-Line Ticket. This experience is designed to get you upstairs quickly and give you time to enjoy the view once you arrive.
After skipping the ticket purchase line, you enter the SkyPod elevator for the ride to the observatory. The ascent takes less than 47 seconds, and a time-lapse display inside the elevator shows how the city has changed over hundreds of years. When the doors open, the scale of the view becomes clear immediately.
From the observation levels, you can look out across Manhattan, New York Harbor and the surrounding skyline. The downtown location offers a different perspective from midtown viewpoints, with clear views of the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and the 9/11 Memorial below. The space is open and easy to move through, so you can take photos or simply spend time looking out.
Interactive features are available throughout the observatory, including the Sky Portal, which shows live views of the streets beneath your feet. City Pulse presentations help identify landmarks and explain what you’re seeing, with staff on hand if you have questions.

Important Information
All pre-purchased tickets are barcoded, which allows you to skip the ticket purchase line at the entrance.
All guests must pass through security before entering the observatory. Priority security access is included with Combination, All-Inclusive and VIP Tour tickets.
Your tickets are for a specific entry time of your choice. Missed entry times cannot be replaced or refunded. Tickets allow entry up to 15 minutes after the reserved time and there is no limit on how long you can stay once inside.
Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged five and under enter free with a paying adult.
