The Romanian Wine Tasting Tour for Two from Bucharest with Sommelier & Appetisers is designed for couples, friends or family who want to experience the best of Dealu Mare, one of Romania’s most renowned wine regions.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Bucharest in a fully equipped vehicle with Wi-Fi on board. On arrival at the first winery, you’ll be welcomed by the winemakers and introduced to the estate’s history and traditions. A guided walk through the vineyards and cellars sets the tone before you sit down to enjoy a tasting of three to four wines, each paired with regional appetisers including bread, cheese, prosciutto, grapes and fruit.
The second winery provides a fresh perspective, with the sommelier explaining how soil, weather and production methods influence the wines. After another guided tour, you’ll sample up to three more wines while learning about their distinctive qualities.
There will also be time to relax, take in the views and capture the moment together before heading back to Bucharest.
